How to Edit This Template

A step-by-step guide to customizing every part of your LinkPro template. From profile and buttons to popups and design tokens — make it truly yours!

1. Edit the Navigation Bar

What’s in here: Logo or text-based brand name.

Steps:

  • Select the text/logo in the top navbar.

  • Update the text with your brand or name.

  • To use an image: drag an image component, upload your logo, and resize.

Tip: Change text style via the right panel (Typography > Font, Size, Weight).

2. Edit the Profile Section

What’s in here: Your photo, name, title, and a quick intro.

Steps:

  • Click the profile image → upload your photo (1:1 aspect ratio works best).

  • Click on the name and role → type your own.

  • Update the tagline with your message (eg. “Creating for a better web”).

Pro Touch: Add a subtle drop shadow or animation to your image for extra flair.

3. Edit the Link Buttons

What’s in here: Buttons that link to your socials, work, or store.

Steps:

  • Click on any card.

  • Change the text to reflect the link purpose.

  • In the right panel → paste your URL.

  • Want to change the icon? Click the icon element → select from Framer icons or upload an SVG.

Pro Tip: Set different colors or hover effects with Variants for a custom feel.

4. Edit the Popup (Share button in navigation bar)

What’s in here: A modal triggered by a button (for sharing your link)

Steps:

  • Click the Share button → check the Click → Show Popup interaction.

  • Find the hidden popup frame and edit content inside.

  • Update icons and URLs:

Pro Tip: Enable “close on click outside” in the interaction panel for better user experience.

How to Edit Share Links

Follow these simple steps to update the message and link for each social media platform.

1. WhatsApp Share Link

Current Format:
https://wa.me/?text=Here’s something cool! https://linkpro.framer.ai/

How to Edit:

  • Change the message after text=

  • Replace the URL with your own

Example:
https://wa.me/?text=Visit my new profile https://yournewlink.com

2. Telegram Share Link

Current Format:
https://t.me/share/url?url=https://linkpro.framer.ai/&text=Here’s something cool!

How to Edit:

  • Change the url= value to your website link

  • Change the text= value to your custom message

Example:
https://t.me/share/url?url=https://yournewlink.com&text=Check out my latest portfolio

3. Twitter (X) Share Link

Current Format:
https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=Here’s something cool!&url=https://linkpro.framer.ai/

How to Edit:

  • Change text= to your message

  • Replace url= with your new link

Example:
https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=Check this portfolio&url=https://yournewlink.com

4. Facebook Share Link

Current Format:
https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https://linkpro.framer.ai/

How to Edit:

  • Replace the u= value with your own link

Example:
https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https://yournewlink.com

5. LinkedIn Share Link

Current Format:
https://www.linkedin.com/sharing/share-offsite/?url=https://linkpro.framer.ai/

How to Edit:

  • Change the url= value to your new link

Example:
https://www.linkedin.com/sharing/share-offsite/?url=https://yournewlink.com

6. Copy Link Button (Framer Action)

To make the Copy Link button work with your own link:

  • Select the Copy Link button in the canvas

  • In the Right Panel, go to Interactions

  • Click + Add Action > Copy to Clipboard

  • Paste your own website link like this:
    https://yournewlink.com

Summary Instructions (For Quick Edits)

To update any social share link:

  • Click on the social media icon in the template

  • In the right panel, open Link settings

  • Replace the existing URL and text with your own content

To update the copy button:

  • Use Copy to Clipboard action with your new URL

5. Edit or Add Images

Steps:

  • Select any image block → replace using the image picker.

  • Keep images optimized (under 500kb) for better performance.

Use PNG for transparent icons and JPG for profile images.

6. Add New Link Card

Steps:

  • Select an existing card → Cmd/Ctrl + D to duplicate.

  • Update icon, label, and URL.

  • Make sure it stays inside the Stack layout for proper spacing.

Better: Convert one card into a Component and reuse with overrides.

7. Customize Colors & Fonts

Steps:

  • On the left sidebar → open Design Tokens.

  • Edit:

    • Color/Primary, Secondary, Background

    • Typography/Heading, Body, etc.

  • You can also adjust spacing and corner radius from the Design panel.

Want to use gradients? Apply linear gradients to background layers using Fill options.

8. Make It Responsive

Steps:

  • At the top center, switch to Tablet or Mobile.

  • Resize or adjust spacing in each section as needed.

  • Use Wrap and Gap in Stack settings to auto-handle layout flow.

Preview across devices and tweak padding to maintain balance.

9. Update Footer Info

Steps:

  • Select the footer text → customize with your brand or copyright.

  • You can also add emojis, icons, or small social links if needed.

10. Final Checks Before Publish

✅ All links working?

✅ All text updated?

✅ Responsive tested?

✅ SEO updated? (Page settings > title, description, preview)
